A Labor Day lesson on delivering promises
Published: Mon, 09/05/16
What if you were only paid if your clients experienced the outcome you promised?
It’s a question worth considering on a day like today ...
A holiday that honors the achievements of American workers.
You see, when Labor Day was first celebrated in 1882, longer work hours and pay cuts were being imposed by many companies. The problem, though, was that people often already worked 12-hour days, seven days a week.
So laborers began protecting themselves by unionizing.
During that first year, 10,000 workers marched in a parade from New York’s City Hall to Union Square. Their goal was to draw attention to the struggles workers faced every day.
Of course, since Labor Day’s early years, the working life of the “average” American has changed quite a bit -- as have the outcomes delivered by many companies.
Some would argue businesses have moved away from keeping their promises. In fact, last year only half of the almost 18 million customers Gallup surveyed believed that companies deliver on what they promise.
As you many know, I promise at least a 10-times return on my coaching and consulting services.
I bring this up because I just made another addition to what’s quite an outlandish risk-free guarantee.
Inspired by the first question in this email, clients can now join my coaching and consulting program without paying anything for the first 15 days.
That way you can start profiting first.
Look, most business advisers expect you to shell out a small fortune upfront without a promise of any return.
Think about this for a second …
How does a scenario like this benefit you?
The way I see it, when you hire someone to multiply the returns on your marketing and grow revenues, you should know you will profit from your investment …
And see a return fairly fast.
Currently, I have a marketing campaign that’s delivering $38.07 for every $1 spent and another for a client that’s generating well into six figures with just a single marketing piece.
If your marketing isn’t delivering these types of returns, let’s look at whether my coaching and consulting is right for your business.
Just reply back and tell me two things:
1. The type of business you’re in.
2. Where you see opportunity in your industry right now.
I have two spots open. Reply back quick if you’re interested in one.
Talk soon,
Tom
