I just stumbled on an outrageous offer again that got me thinking …
Well, the offer was more like a challenge.
So here’s what caught my attention:
If you’ve ever had any interest in real estate investing (especially back in the 1980s), you most certainly know the name Robert Allen.
He’s been on the real estate scene for decades.
Robert used to advertise heavily in newspapers across the country.
Arguably his most effective ad was one that highlighted a risky challenge.
Take a look at this headline:
Send me to any city in the United States. Take away my wallet. Give me $100 for living expenses. And in 72 hours I’ll buy an excellent piece of real estate using none of my own money.
This promise is a great attention-grabber, especially in a market where skepticism is so high.
Robert put plenty of butts in seats for his seminars using this ad.
Now, like I said earlier, this headline got me thinking …
I wonder if I can pull off something similar -- let someone put a chunk of profit in their pocket before even paying me a penny.
Basically, you’d be able to make money with your marketing without upfront costs for my services.
Or, said another way, you pay only after you profit.
What do you think?
Now, obviously, I can’t do this for many people at once.
But I’m at least willing to give it a go with one or two.
Here’s the deal, though:
You need to have a prospect or client list that you communicate with on a fairly regular basis …
Because we’ll be running campaigns.
So if you do and you’re interested in discussing a profit-before-you-pay arrangement, just reply back and let me know.
